Student Counselor / Admin Assistant
BISA is seeking a highly motivated and qualified Administrative Assistant who will take up student counseling within the current High School. The incumbent will be expected to provide administrative support across the school, too.

Job Responsibilities
- Student Counseling – coordinating BISA students when out of classroom; dealing with student needs; communicating and dealing with requests between tutors, parents and the students; organizing student events.
- Front Office Support – providing high-level customer service, following the company’s practices and policies; handling the flow of customers and following up with the services rendered; acting in accordance to the rules and policies set in the school.
- Administrative and Academic Support – maintaining continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions; drafting/checking/storing various documents required by the school management, providing support to tutors and students.
- Social Media – maintaining the school website, updating with new information and making changes as needed.
- Other Duties – working closely with the director and academic staff of the school; maintaining a tidy and clean work area; supervising school resources.
Computer Science teachers needed
